Lionhead Studios is looking to expand the content of Fable 2 with it's own downloadable content. With a completely new set of 250 achievement points, players will be able to return back to the land of Albion.
“See the Future” returns to the beloved world of Albion, where a set of cursed items from Murgo the Trader unleashes new challenges for players to overcome, including encounters with kooky ghost hobbes, bloodcurdling necromancers, a cursed knight and the Coliseum, where only the greatest heroes will emerge victorious to claim the ultimate prize. Of course, what would travel be without a trusty companion? The “Fable II” dog returns with three alter egos to guide players on their quests to see the future, in the form of a Dalmatian, Bloodhound or Husky.
Included with the new quests and characters, you'll also be encountering new free unique items.
“See the Future” also offers free unique items* to all, including a unique soldier helmet, braided ponytail hairstyle, psycho Jester make-up, a new hero expression, the back flip trick for canine companions, and a collectible Murgo the Trader gold statue.
The DLC pack will be made available on May 12th, there was no price point listed.
Capcom just continues it's announcement rage, and releases a new gameplay trailer for Lost Planet 2. If you've already played the first, then you pretty much know what to expect from this sequel. At the moment, there is no planned release date yet. Also, Producer Jun Takeuchi, was quoted stating that the company is working hard to make sure that gamers will have a chance to play the game at home during E3 through their own hands-on demo.
The game just looks like it's shaping up to be worthwhile. With the addition of 4-player co-op, it's even more interesting to keep tabs on. The fact that Capcom is keeping the game on the Xbox 360 for now strikes as a little odd as the publisher normally has no problem going multiplatform with other titles.
Rockstar Games and Microsoft have announced that Max Payne and Mayx Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne are now downloadable on Xbox Originals. They will each cost 1200 MS Points ($15). This realease comes in an attempt to build hype for Max Payne 3, which Rockstar has announced is currently in development. So, for those of you who may not have played the original games in the series, it is definitely worth a look.
You knew it wouldn't be long before Halo Wars started gearing up the DLC barrage. With new multiplayer modes and a grand total of 100 new achievements points, you'll get three new modes including:
• Keepaway Mode is the “Halo Wars” adaptation of Capture the Flag. Teams will battle it out to capture a free-roaming Forerunner Sentinel to score points before the other team. Capture three sentinels to claim victory.
• Tug of War Mode is all about having a stronger army than the opponent. Defeating enemies is essential, but success is determined by a combination of the army, buildings and resources left standing in the end.
• In Reinforcement Mode, all active battle units are provided in successive waves. Players must adapt their tactics and use the ever-changing set of units to outwit and outlast the enemy.
Check out several of the new achievements below. Expect to hear plans for the release date and pricing of the DLC soon.

Quite exciting new additions to the multiplayer mode.
After rumors circulated for a while across many news outlets and blogs, Major Nelson finally spilled the beans this morning. Microsoft will be releasing a new XBox 360 bundle entitled the "Game of the Year" edition. The console it seems will contain an Xbox 360 Elite and two full game releases of Halo 3 and Fable 2.
The bundle will cost the same as a regular Xbox 360 Elite purchase, $399, with the two titles included for free.
There seems to be a new Red Ring of Death hanging around in these parts. Microsoft will be extending it's 3 year warrenty to cover the effect of the E74 errors. The one thing you can look forward too is getting a full refund on the console. This was set up from a warrenty back in July 2007, which seems like a distant memory now. So in essence, E74 reported errors are free for repair until 2010 and if you pay anything towards that repair MS will reimburse you.
While the majority of Xbox 360 owners continue to have a great experience with their console, we are aware that a very small percentage of our customers have reported receiving an error that displays “E74” on their screen. After investigating the issue, we have determined that the E74 error message can indicate the general hardware failure that is associated with three flashing red lights error on the console. As a result, we have decided to cover repairs related to the E74 error message under our three-year warranty program for certain general hardware failures that was announced in July 2007. We have already made improvements to the console that will reduce the likelihood of an occurrence of this issue. Detailed information related to the Xbox 360 warranty and resources for those who require repair can be found at www.xbox.com/support.
It's quite amazing really at how Microsoft continues to produce these consoles with these types of errors. You would think that they would be able to solve the issue by now. Yet, somehow something keeps popping up. It's like something is living inside the 360 and waiting for the right moment to strike for the kill. A little far fetched, but at this point it seems all too believable now.
