2006 is looking great so far for GamePlasma.
I know it has been a while since my last month in a review and I
apologize. It has been a hectic and very busy past few months not only
in my life but with GamePlasma as well. To start off, we have finally
achieved an important milestone in the site’s existence. We have our
own offices! Based in Richmond, Virginia, our new offices will be the
headquarters for the site where a majority of our writers will meet and
work on future projects. We are all very excited about this and I for
one can’t wait to see them.
Coinciding with our new offices, GamePlasma will be having our first
real in-person staff meeting on the 18th. This is a big deal for me, as
I will be flying from my pleasant state of Illinois to Virginia to meet
some of our new writers that we have picked up this year.
Speaking of the new writers, if you haven’t noticed our staff page
then be sure to check out the large amount of new talent we have. What
should make this influx of new staff even more exciting is that some of
them will be traveling to E3 to pump out some great information about
the upcoming games and consoles.

Nintendo's Upcoming Console This Year?
Playstation Portable |
December 31, 1969 6:00 pm

After months of
keeping a secret, Nintendo finally released information on it?s next
generation console. It is a new handheld that is designed not to
compete with the Game Boy Advance. They code-named it the Nintendo DS.
DS stands for ?Dual Screen?. Here is what GamePro had to say:
"Code-named the Nintendo DS, the new system sports two 3-inch
backlit LCD screens. The two screens can be combined into one large
screen, or split to display different information, giving players as
much information as possible without cluttering the screen."
