Dated: Stalin Vs. Martians

The arcade PC RTS release of Stalin vs. Martians has officailly been dated by Paradox Interactive today. What's better then talking about a 30-foot Stalin fighting Martians? Well, seeing it in an actual trailer of course. The game is set to release on April 20th.

Capcom Signs Battlestar Galatica Composer

To bring the most out fo their sci-fi action-shooter, Dark Void, Capcom decided to bring in some top talent in the musical arena. They have officially signed Battlestar Galactica composer, Bear McCreary.

“When I got the call from Capcom to work on the music for Dark Void, I jumped at the chance to do it, considering my love for Capcom games.” said McCreary. “I have been looking for the opportunity to compose a game score for a long time, but I’ve been waiting for the right one. Dark Void’s epic story and unique gameplay drew me in immediately and I have had a lot of fun working on the project.”

Dark Void , Capcom’s upcoming third person action-shooter, is set to launch on Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION 3 and Windows PCs this year. Developed by Airtight Studios and Capcom, Dark Void combines run-and-gun combat with the thrill of soaring jetpack action in the skies.

GTA IV PC Patch 1.0.3 Released

Rockstar has announced that as part of their "continuing effort to support and enhance Grand Theft Auto IV on the PC" they have released patch 1.0.3. Some of the hights linclude greater control over the graphic settings, including a new "OFF" option for reflection and shadow quality; and the elimination of remapping restrictions for keyboard and mouse.

New Larva Mortus Screenshots and TrailerReleased

In anticipation of Larva Mortus' release, Meridian4 has released several new screenshots and the official trailer. Larva Mortus, developed by Rake In Grass, takes a top-down view as you battle your way through the undead. Set at the end of the 19th century, players control a brave agent that must fight the evil forces and face a dark warlock and stop his plan to capture a powerful artifact.

Larva Mortus will be available for purchase on Steam, Impulse, GamersGate and most other digital distribution platforms later today. Screenshots and trailer after the jump.

Dungeon Party: The Wizard in Action Trailer

Cyanide and Focus Home Interactive have announced that, after a few months of closed beta testing, Dungeon Party is now ready for its open beta. To celebrate, they have released a trailer which focuses on the Wizard whom is one the first characters that you will be able to play in the game. So, check out the video above.

New Elven Legacy Trailer Released

Paradox Interactive has released a new video that gives players the opening storybook segment of the game. The video, titled Behold the History of the Elves, was released to give players a better idea of the premise behind the games storyline.

Elven Legacy is currently set to release in April 2009 and will be available online through msot major digital download portals for $29.99.

Dwarf Slayer and Orc Choppa Careers Available in Warhammer Online

Mythic Entertainment has announced that the Dwarf Slayer and Orc Choppa careers are now playable in their MMORPG, Warhammer Online. The introduction of these classes is part of an ongoing expansion, titled Call to Arms, that have been planned by Mythic.

“The Call to Arms has sounded, and the realms of Order and Destruction have welcomed two new combatants to the frontlines of WAR – the head-bashin’ Orc Choppa and oath-sworn Dwarf Slayer,” said Mark Jacobs, VP and General Manager of Mythic Entertainment. “These new careers are brutal, unrelenting fighters who will stop at nothing to claim victory over their opponents on the Realm vs. Realm battlefields.”

Freaky Creatures Pre-Orders Now Being Accepted

Abandon Interactive Entertainment has announced that they will be accepting pre-orders for the first starter packs until midnight on Friday, March 20, from Beta testers for the upcoming MMO, Freaky Creatures. The starter packs include two action figures and a one gigabyte flash drive that "opens up a rich and engaging online world." Everyone who is now a beta tester will be able to purchase a starter pack on March 24 for $19.99, while beta testers will be able to get a discount and will pay only $9.99. However, the beta program is still open and you can sign up at www.freakycreatures.com.

Update Released and Weekend Sale For Red Orchestra

An update for the recently released Steam title, Red Orchestra is now live which brings Steam Achievements and a new map for multiplayer. Tripwire Interactive also announced they will be slashing the price of Red Orchestra by 2/3rd's of the original price to $4.99 until Monday, March 16th. 

This comes along with the anniversary of the original release of Red Orchestra – coming up on 14th March. So now, to celebrate all this – and to further encourage everyone to try the game, grab some new Steam Achievements and play the new map – Tripwire is dropping the price of Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 our anniversary weekend to just $4.99.

Also remember that if you already own the game, the update will be applied automaticallty the next time you log in.
