Electronic Arts today announced that we will be seeing yet another collectors edition hitting store shelves upon the release of the highly anticipated creature game, Spore. The special edition named; 'Galactic Edition' will contain the following.

• Making of Spore DVD
• 'The Art of Spore' hard-back mini-book
• Foldout Spore Poster
• Premium 100 page 'Galactic' Handbook

The edition will also feature a behind the scenes dvd with a documentary filmed by the National Geographic Channel entitled "How to Build a Better Being".

Spore will officially hit store shelves this September.
