Army of Two: 40th Screenshots Shows Us the Game Still Exists
Posted October 22, 2009 by Jereme Puik

Army of Two: 40th Day looks to be an interesting sequel to the original Army of Two. Going back and playing the original, it was definitely a neat idea. Although, co-op is highly stressed for the game as your AI parnter was a bit off. Hopefully 40th brings the game full circle and gives us an AI partner with good concious if we don't have an immediate playing partner available.

ARMY OF TWO: THE 40th DAY features a more robust and redesigned multiplayer experience with four unique multiplayer modes including ‘Extraction’. ‘Extraction’ pits a team of four players against a series of unique enemy waves as they move from point to point in the ruined city. Players must strategize as a unified team to combat the different forces of the 40th Day Initiative while trying to get out alive.

Check out the rest of the screenshots below. The game releases on store shelves January 12th, 2010 for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PSP.
