Last night on GameTrailers TV, Geoff Keighley unveiled an official Bioshock 2 Gameplay Trailer 1. The video shows off new enemies (including the Big and Little Sister), new weapons and environments in the world of Rapture.

The game is set for release in Q4 2009 for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.
